We are so excited about our upcoming 2025 Youth Conference, taking place Thursday, July 17 – Saturday, July 19. We’re centering the conference around the theme “Oh Youth of a Noble Birthright” ✨ with an overall Cruise-style setting 🚢 as we take on exciting challenges at ACE Adventure Resort (Concho Road, Oak Hill, WV 25901).
Waiver:
ACE Adventure Resort requires each camper to fill out and sign a waiver.

Representatives from each ward have been called to help with registration, transportation, and chaperoning during Youth Conference.

Transportation to West Virginia:
Parents and chaperones from each unit will be responsible for transporting their youth. Arrival time at ACE Adventure Resort will be between 3-4:30 PM on Thursday. Your Ward Rep will let you know your unit’s time of departure.

Some of the young women will sleep in cabin tents with 5 other YW from their wards. 👉 They will need to bring sheets and a sleeping bags for the cabin. Others will be sleeping in tents. We will let your Ward know more details about accommodations as we get closer.
All the YM will sleeping in tents they need to bring and set up on a designated tent site.
There will be separate bathroom facilities for the YW and YM
Meals will be held at an open-air pavilion.

Transportation:
We will be traveling to and from West Virginia in Ward groups. Each Ward has assigned representatives to coordinate transportation to and from Youth Conference. If you have any questions about transportation, please reach out to your Ward representative or Ward youth leaders. The departure to travel home will be around 10am Saturday morning.
Lunch on Thursday:
Please bring a sack lunch and snacks with you on Thursday. We will be eating during the drive, but dinner will not be until 7:00 PM, so make sure to bring enough food to stay full throughout the day.
This is going to be a ton of fun! We can’t wait to gather with all of you for an uplifting, adventurous, and unforgettable Youth Conference! 💚✨ This will be a time to strengthen our testimonies, build lasting friendships, and have a whole lot of fun along the way.
